JUDGMENT The claimants’ claims of unauthorised deduction of wages and breach of contract are dismissed.

REASONS

1. The Hearing: Mr Hodo did not originally join the hearing as the tribunal only held contact details for the first claimant, Ms Telhai. Mr Hodo and Ms Telhai are divorced, and the first claimant asked that she should be addressed as Ms Telhai during the hearing.
