JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The claimant having received a payment of his outstanding wages withdraws the 30 claim and the Tribunal accordingly dismisses it.
REASONS
1. This case called for a Hearing on 14 November. I had hoped that matters 35 had been resolved between parties. Mr Orghei confirmed that he had received payment of the sums he had sought but he had also received payment of notice.
