JUDGMENT ON EXPENSES The claimant is ordered to pay to the respondent the amount of £500 plus VAT, namely £600 in total, by way of expenses under rule 73 of the Employment 30 Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 (SI 2024/1155).

1. The claimant raised a claim against the respondent by way of an ET1 35 submitted on 17 July 2024. She sought payment of alleged (i) unpaid wages, (ii) unpaid holiday pay and (iii) unpaid pay in lieu of notice from the

ETZ4(WR) 8001032/24 Page 2 respondent. The responded resisted all of her complaints and submitted a response form to that effect.
