JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that:- 35 1. the breach of contract complaint, in respect of the reduction in the claimant’s salary, is dismissed; 2. the breach of contract complaint, in respect of the respondent unreasonably withholding permission for the claimant to undertake secondary employment, is well-founded;
