REASONS
1. The claimant, Aaron Hadley, brought claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. The respondent denied his claims. The respondent also did 5 not accept that the claimant was a disabled person, in terms of the Equality Act 2010 (“the 2010 Act”).
