1. The claimant in his ET1 claimed that he had been unfairly dismissed and had been subject to discrimination on the grounds of his sexual orientation whilst working as the Assistant Bar Manager with the respondent company. The claimant had applied for Early Conciliation on 24 January 2023 and io raised proceedings following the issue of the ACAS Certificate.
