JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 15 The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant was not disabled at the relevant time and her claim is dismissed.
REASONS
1. The Claimant has presented complaints of disability discrimination. An open preliminary hearing was arranged to determine whether the Claimant was a 20 disabled person at the relevant time. The Claimant appeared on her own behalf. The Respondent had professional representation.
2. The Claimant asserts that she was disabled at the relevant time by reason of the mental impairment of anxiety, panic attacks and low mood. For the purposes of this hearing parties agreed that the relevant time (when the 25 alleged acts of discrimination occurred) was from June 2022 to July 2023.
