JUDGMENT (1) The claim against the respondent GAP Group Limited is struck out because it has no reasonable prospects of success (Rule 37 Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013). (2) The claim against Mr Keenan is struck out because a claim for breach of contract can only be made in the Employment Tribunal against the former employer, not an individual working for the employer.
