JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant was not unfairly dismissed under section 99 of the Employment Rights Act 1996;
2. The respondent did not treat the claimant unfavourably because of her pregnancy or illness as a result of pregnancy contrary to section 18 of the Equality Act 2010; and the Claim is accordingly dismissed.
