2. The claimant asserts that she had a disability, within the meaning of s.6 EqA, at all material times for the purposes of her claims of disability discrimination. 3. This preliminary hearing had the sole purpose of determining whether the claimant was a disabled person within the meaning of s.6 EqA. 10 4. The period of 20 November 2020 to January 2025 was treated as the material time for the purposes of assessing whether the claimant had a disability.
