JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:

1. The claim of direct discrimination because of race under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds in regard to the claim against the first respondent in respect of the failure or refusal to put the claimant’s name in the consultant field of biologic prescriptions. 8000792/2024 and 8000001/2025 Page 2

2. The claim of direct discrimination because of race under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds in regard to the claim against the first and third respondents in respect of the outcome of the grievance hearing to the extent that it sustained the above discriminatory practice.

3. The claim of harassment related to race under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds in regard to the treatment of the claimant on 11 February 2021.
