JUDGMENT

1. The claim for accrued and unpaid holiday pay SUCCEEDS. The Claimant is entitled to the sum of £ 1496.96 which the Respondent agrees is owed plus £480 for 5 days in January and February 2023. The total sum of £ 1976.96 must be paid to the Claimant by the Respondent within 21 days.
