20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:

1. The complaint of age discrimination, having been withdrawn, is dismissed.

2. The complaint of breach of contract, having been withdrawn, is dismissed.

3. The complaint of failure to comply with the duty to make reasonable 25 adjustments relying on a provision criterion or practice of requiring employees to be at work (and not absent from work on sick leave) in order to be considered for the voluntary redundancy exit scheme, having been withdrawn, is dismissed.
