REASONS Introduction

1. By a claim form presented on 3 May 2024, the Claimant brought a claim against the Respondent for unfair dismissal, unauthorised deductions from wages, and failure to provide an itemised pay statement. Early conciliation via ACAS began on 2 April, and a certificate was issued by ACAS on 4 April.
