The complaints of: a. unfair dismissal, b. breach of contract in respect of failure to provide notice of termination of employment, c. breach of contract in respect of failure to remit sums to an occupational pension scheme, d. failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars, and e. failure to provide itemised payslips are upheld.
