JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The claimant was not in attendance and was not represented at the case management preliminary hearing today. The judgment of the Tribunal is that all the complaints are dismissed under rule 47 (non-attendance) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.

REASONS

1. The claimant makes complaints of disability discrimination. She was represented by solicitors when she presented her claim.

2. There was a case management preliminary hearing on 28 November 2024. The claimant was represented at that hearing. An order was made which included dates by which the claimant was to provide certain information, including relevant medical records, a disability impact statement and a schedule of loss.
