REASONS 8000737/2025 Page 2
1. In her ET1 the claimant made claims for disability discrimination. The core complaint was that she had been excluded from applying for a promoted post because she was a home worker. The respondents argued that the claims were misconceived and in any event out of time.
2. A case management hearing took place on the 3 June 2025. The claims at that point had been identified as claims of discrimination arising from disability under s15 of the Equality Act 2010 and claims of failure to make reasonable adjustments under s20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010. Disability status was not conceded at that point but has since been conceded.
