REASONS
1. Employment Tribunal claims were made on behalf of 434 separate claimants under section 145(b) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Consolidation 5 Act 1992 (TULRCA). The claims were/are opposed. A preliminary hearing was arranged to consider whether or not the claims were out of time and the Tribunal had jurisdiction to hear them.
