25 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the complaints of failure to make reasonable adjustments and indirect discrimination do not succeed and are accordingly dismissed.

REASONS 30 Introduction

1. The final hearing was held in person. The claimant appeared on his own behalf. The respondent had professional representation.
