JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The complaint of unlawful deduction of wages is dismissed upon the claimant’s withdrawal of that complaint at the Hearing.
2. The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that each of the 25 discrimination complaints is ill founded and those complaints are dismissed.
3. The complaint in respect of the respondent’s failure to provide the claimant with a written itemised pay statement on or before the date of payment in accordance with section 8(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 for the period April 2022 to December 2023 is well founded and a separate remedy 30 hearing will be fixed if needed.
