JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that

1. The first claimant Kasam Khokhar was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The respondent shall pay him the sum of Twenty six thousand Three hundred and Ninety Five Pounds and Ninety four pence (£26,395.94) as compensation therefor.

2. The second claimant Lynsey Miller was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The respondent shall pay to Ms Miller the sum of Thirty One Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty three pounds and four pence (31,553.04) in compensation therefor.
