JUDGMENT
1. Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that claimants 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are entitled to a redundancy payment in the amounts specified in column C of Table 1 below, which the respondent shall pay those claimants.
2. The complaints of breach of contract in relation to notice pay, made by each claimant, are well-founded. The respondent must pay each claimant the amount specified in column D of Table 1 below as damages for breach of contract.
