JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:

1. That the claims insofar as directed against the second and third 5 respondents are dismissed, having been withdrawn by the claimant;

2. That the respondent unlawfully deducted from the claimant’s wages the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen Pounds and Twenty Three Pence (£1,818.23), and they are ordered to pay this sum to the claimant; and 10 3. That the claimant’s remaining claims all fail and are dismissed.
