JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that
1. The respondent failed to make a reasonable adjustment for the claimant by taking steps to lower the height of the counter at the public office of Stonehaven Police Station contrary to sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010.
2. The claimant is awarded the sum of TWO THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED AND NINETY THREE POUNDS THIRTY FOUR PENCE (£2,293.34) payable by the respondent.
