REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on the 11 July 2023 alleging he had been subjected to discrimination because of the 25 protected characteristic of age, and that he had been subjected to detriment because of having made a protected disclosure.

2. The respondent entered a response denying the claims.
