JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that
1. The respondent is in breach of duty under sections 20 and 21 of the 30 Equality Act 2010 (“the Act”) in not making a reasonable adjustment by permitting the claimant to work from home when instructing the claimant to attend the respondent’s office in a letter dated 9 May 2023.
2. The respondent did not harass the claimant under section 26 of the 35 Act and that claim is dismissed
