JUDGMENT
1. The Claimant's protected disclosure detriment claim is well-founded and succeeds to the following extent: 1.1 On 31 August 2021, Mr Baum confronting the Claimant on the shop floor, saying “I am not on drugs”, “you can piss test me” and he “could have been smarter about this”; 1.2 On 2 November 2021, Mr Gaddu brushing aside the death threats the Claimant had allegedly received.
2. The Claimant’s other claims are either dismissed on withdrawal or because they were not well-founded.
