The claimant was constructively and unfairly dismissed. 2.The claimant had a contractual entitlement to 3 months’ notice 3.The respondent directly discriminated against the claimant (protected characteristic, sex) in not giving the claimant an opportunity to apply for a group compliance role. 4. the claimant’s other complaints of direct discrimination fail and are dismissed.
