JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 10 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows.
1. The complaint that the first respondent failed to comply with its duty to consult under sections 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded.
2. A protective award for 90 days’ pay is made effective from 13 March 2025 15 pursuant to section 189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
