JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed.
2. The parties agreed that the compensation to be awarded in such an event results in the claimant being entitled to the following sums: a. A basic award of £1,230.76; and b. A compensatory award of £4,923.04 plus £500 in respect of loss of statutory rights, with an uplift of 25% namely £1,355.76, resulting in a total compensatory award of £6,778.80.
