1. The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant is disabled (by 20 reason of the impairment of depression) at the material time (from May 2024 to date) in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.

2. This case will now be listed for a further case management preliminary hearing to take place by video at a time to be advised at which a final hearing will be listed.
