1. The Claimant was employed by the Respondent as a linehaul driver from 19 June 2019 until his summary dismissal on 29 October 2024.
2. He brought claims of a failure to make reasonable adjustments and for discrimination because of something arising from disability and disability related harassment. The relevant period being that from April 2024 until his dismissal. He also claimed unfair dismissal.
