1. This case called before us as a full Tribunal on the morning of Wednesday, 6 10 September 2023, for a 3-day Final Hearing in person, previously intimated to both parties by the Tribunal, by Notice of Final Hearing dated 7 July 2023. The Final Hearing was listed for full disposal, including remedy, if appropriate.
