JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the tribunal is that:
1. Each claimant's claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. 30 2. The claimants are therefore awarded the following: a. Mr L Ellis - the sum of £1,377.94 in respect of unpaid wages; and b. Mr D Adamson - the sum of £2,465.97 in respect of unpaid wages.
