REASONS Background
1. This claim arose out of the claimant's employment with the respondent which ended on 28 May 2023 with his resignation. He alleges that he was 25 constructively dismissed. His employer denied the claim.
2. The hearing took place in person over four days. The claimant represented himself and gave evidence. He called a witness and former colleague named Andrew Masson, Facilities Manager, in support of his case. The respondent called three witnesses, Derek Cuthbertson, Area Manger; Mark Coyle, also 30 an Area Manager and Jason Duncan, Facility Duty Manager.
