1. The claimant’s claims for breach of contract and unauthorised deductions from wages were submitted out of time and the Tribunal dies not have jurisdiction to hear them. Those claims are accordingly dismissed.

2. The claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment fails because the claimant was not an employee of the first respondent.
