JUDGMENT
1. The claim for failure to inform and consultant about a TUPE transfer was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was not reasonably practicable to do so but the claim was not presented within a further reasonable period. The claim is therefore dismissed.
2. The claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract (notice pay), holiday pay and unlawful deduction from wages were not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claims are therefore dismissed.
