JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:
1. In respect of the incident identified as item xv (questions 1 and 2) the 25 respondent discriminated against the claimant because of something arising from a disability;
2. In respect of the incident identified as item xv (questions 1 and 2) the respondent harassed the claimant contrary to section 26 of the Equality Act 2010; 30 3. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of FIVE
