JUDGMENT

1. The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is within the 35 jurisdiction of the Employment Tribunal.

2. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as it failed to pay the claimant for annual leave due to him under Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, and to pay 40 wages due to him for the period 1 December 2022 to 2 May 2023.
