JUDGMENT The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim for breach of Section 10 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £588.16 to the claimant.
REASONS Background
1. The claimant was employed by the respondent from August 2021 until 20 June 2023 when she was dismissed with immediate effect. Early Conciliation started on 4 August 2023 and ended on 15 September 2023.
