JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that: 35 1. The claimant was subjected to harassment related to a disability in terms of section 26 Equality Act 2010 by the respondent in March 2021, but the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine that claim;
2. The claimant was not subjected to any other treatment which amounted to harassment related to a disability; 40 3. The respondent did not fail in its duty to make reasonable adjustments; 8000165/2023 Page 2
4. The claimant was not discriminated against for a reason relating to his disability;
5. The respondent did not make any unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages; and 5 6. The claimant was not constructively dismissed. The claimant’s claims therefore fail in their entirety and are dismissed.
