JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims are dismissed for want of jurisdiction, being time-barred.

REASONS 35 1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 1 November 2023, in which he complained that the respondent had unfairly dismissed him and discriminated against him on the grounds of disability.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 in which they resisted the claimant’s claims, and argued that the Tribunal lacked jurisdiction to hear the claims on the basis that they were presented out of time.
