JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: (1) the claimant was a disabled person between August 2017 and December 2021 in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010; and 20 (2) the claimant’s age discrimination claim is stuck out under rule 37(a) of schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
