JUDGMENT The unanimous decision of the tribunal is as follows:
1. Under the Employment Rights Act 1996 (“ERA”) s.99, the respondent on 30 October 2023 automatically unfairly dismissed the claimant, the reason, or principal reason for the dismissal being her pregnancy;
2. Under the Equality Act 2010 (“EQA”) s18, the respondent discriminated against the claimant by dismissing her because of her pregnancy
