JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim 30 succeeds, and that the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Three Pounds and Sixty One Pence (£3,363.61) in respect of wages of which she was unlawfully deprived.

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 20 December 2022, in which she complained that she was unlawfully deprived of wages by the respondent.
