JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: 1. the claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed; and 2. the claim of breach of contract of dismissed.
REASONS
1. The claimant presented a claim of unfair dismissal on 22 April 2025. The respondent’s position is that the claimant was not dismissed, but resigned from his employment. A two day final hearing was fixed to deal with merits and remedy. The claimant appeared on his own behalf. Mr Crammond, Counsel, appeared for the respondents. Preliminary issues
