JUDGMENT The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:- 1 The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, which included an additional element for holiday pay, in the sum of £193.21 net. 2 The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £193.21 net for unlawful deductions from wages, including holiday pay.
