1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 7 September 2025 alleging he had been unfairly dismissed.

2. The respondent entered a response admitting the claimant had been dismissed but denying the dismissal had been unfair. The respondent 30 asserted the claim had been presented late.
