REASONS 35 1. This was a hearing over 2 days to consider the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal. The claimant represented himself and the respondents were represented by Mr Bradley, Council.

2. It emerged from discussions at the beginning of the hearing that there are significant issues around the quantification of the claim, and therefore it was agreed that the hearing would deal only with the merits of the claim and if the claim succeeds a separate hearing will be fixed to deal with remedy. 5
