JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows –
1. In the period from 1 November 2022 until 31 October 2023, the employment 25 status of the claimant was “worker” within the meaning of section 230(3)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
2. In the period from 1 November 2023 until 31 December 2023, the employment status of the claimant was “worker” within the meaning of the said section.
3. In the period from 1 January 2024 until 26 September 2024, the employment 30 status of the claimant was not “worker” within the meaning of the said section.
